Laurence Hargreaves and Mary Kitchen

Laurence Hargreaves was born 1st June 1778 to William Hargreaves and Ann Pearson in the village of Tong, West Yorkshire, England.

He was christened on 21st June 1778 in St James Church, Tong.

On 13 Dec 1801, he married Mary Kitchen – also in St James Church, Tong.

Laurence and Mary had the following children:

Charlotte (1802), William (1803-1871), Faith (1805-unknown), Benjamin (bef 1807) and Charles (1809-1878))
