Hi, many thanks for your blog. Judith Françoise MESNAGE was born in Portbail 11 november 1820. She’s the daughter of Florent MESNAGE & AdélaPide NOËL, my ancestors and sister of Louise Justine MESNAGE my grand grand mother.

Thank you so much for getting in touch. Apologies for taking so long. Been occupied with other things for a while and haven’t been back to this site for some time.
Well, going on what you have said, we must be related as Judith Françoise MESNAGE (who seems to have been known mainly as Fanny during her life here in Australia) was my 2 x great grandmother. I have a copy of a couple of records of births, deaths, marriages etc for some of the Mesnage family which were sent to me by a French researcher for which I was extremely grateful as I had been struggling to find anything much.
I relate through: Myrtle Jean Giles (my Mum), George Giles, (my grandfather), Samuel Alford Giles (my great grandfather), William Giles & Judith Francoise Mesnage (my great, great grandparents).
I am so excited to find a living relative connected through the family and I would love to gain as much knowledge as I can if you are happy to share it. My email is keltrotas@gmail.com.
